Waterland Private Equity acquires a stake in Sofyne Active Technology to create an independent leader in digital transformation for the industry

Sofyne Active Technology announces the signing of a capital partnership with the pan-European investment fund Waterland Private Equity in order to continue and accelerate its development. Waterland Private Equity will become a shareholder in Sofyne Active Technology alongside the company’s CEO Stéphane Lusoli and the management team.

Founded in Lyon in 2005, Sofyne Active Technology specializes in the digital transformation of industrial companies. The company is present throughout Europe (France, Switzerland, United Kingdom, Portugal, Sweden, Poland). With its expert service offering, Sofyne Active Technology supports leading manufacturing companies (luxury goods, automotive, energy, etc.) in their Industry 4.0 ambitions. It is praised for its know-how in the integration of industrial data management software.
